Q: How long does it take to ship out?

A: Typically we pack and ship all orders at the end of the day or next day but in some cases it may take as long up to 5 business days.

 

Q: How long does it take to deliver?

A: Depending on your location and the shipping method you selected please allow anywhere between 1-5 business days for your order to arrive. We partnered with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery, although delays may occur during holidays, peek season, bad whether or unforeseen events.

 

Q: When will I receive my package?

A: Once your order has been fulfilled a tracking number will be sent to either your email or number depending on the choice you made at checkout. Once your package has been dropped off to the shipping carrier you should receive an update once they scan it in providing you a delivery date.

 

Q: Am I able to cancel my order?

A: You have until the end of the day to cancel, once we start the process on fulfilling your item(s) we cannot cancel or modify your shipment.

 

Q: Can i change my shipping address?

A: Yes, if you haven't receive an email or text message order confirmation yet, please email us as soon as possible at stacktheprofitclothing@gmail.com. However if the order is already complete we cannot undo the process. Please be careful and put the correct desired address once you finish placing your order.
